Client agrees to indemnify and exclude AB Audio Visual free and harmless from any law suits and demands, (including attorney's fees,) arising from services and materials provided for related projects.
Copyright laws prohibit duplication of copyrighted material without permission.
AB Audio Visual will not transfer or duplicate customer supplied material without express written permission by the copyright holder.
AB Audio Visual also reserves the right to use for demonstration purposes any client production for promotion of AB Audio Visual or its related vender.
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PDT weekdays.
Evening, weekend, and/or holidays work may be billed at regular hourly rates plus overtime.
